Terms and Conditions

CC AVENUE is our Online Payment Gateway partner and all Orders can be paid for using this Gateway. All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted as well as Online Bank Transfers using NEFT.

DIGITAL WALLET payments like Paytm, Phonepe or UPI payment options like Google Pay are also welcome here.

FLEXI PAY Options are available for 2-3  months and Item will be shipped once all Installments have been fulfilled by the buyer.

LOCAL PICK UP Option is available for those who want to pick up and pay for their Orders at a Specified Pick Up Location.     

POD - Pay On Delivery (Advance payment may be required) Valid on Orders Upto Rs 5000

POD deposit of Rs 1000 may be required upfront for first time buyers. COD Deposit is Non Refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any POD orders without notice as per our discretion.

Defaulters will have to send Prepayment only for their next order.

No e-mail confirmation for tracking will be given for COD orders. 

We ship all across India using our Commercial Courier partner Delhivery. Alternative Courier services can be arranged. Contact us for further details.

Shipping methods

Surface India Domestic (Weight based shipping option. Does not apply for items with Flat Rate Fee)

Handling: We usually ship out all orders within 2-3 business days once the order is placed on our website. 

All Collectible items are neatly packed in ready made Corrugated boxes, so that all the contents are well protected from the elements. 

CC Avenue 

CC Avenue is our online payment gateway partner which has been integrated into the website.

Orders placed using our CC Avenue online payment option will ship within, 1-2 business days of the Order being successful. 

Offline Payment 

Buyers using the "Offline Payment" option, allows you to place an order without actually paying for the item using the payment gateway option(CC Avenue) and enables you to use alternate payment methods such as Mobile Wallet, UPI, Wire Transfer etc. to pay for your Order.

POD (Pay on Delivery) 

Orders upto Rs 5000 is eligible for POD. Need to contact for availing POD for orders above Rs 5000.

Non-Refundable Advance payment of Rs 1000 for POD Orders will be required for New Buyers.  POD Facilty will be disabled if buyer fails to honor the POD Orders. Non-Refundable POD advance is required to avoid excessive POD Order Cancellations.

Flex Payments

Flex Payments allow you to pay for your orders over a period of time. Flex Payments are available for Orders over Rs 5000. Items will ship after all the payments for the orders have been made.

FLEXI PAY Options are available for 2-3 months per item.

Local Pick-Up
Orders that have been placed can be Picked up Locally at our designated Pick Up Point after sending the payment by Online or Offline Payment Methods.

Ordering Limits

Due to the collectible nature of the website, ordering multiple quantities of the same variant is restricted and as a result orders may be cancelled without notice. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed an order by mistake for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must contact us immediately or email us at collectiblefigure@gmail.com to make sure we cancel your order before they ship. 

IN-STOCK items usually ship out within 1-2 business days of placing your order and If the product has already been shipped, then the order cannot be canceled. 

RETURNS 

Returns are Not accepted and All Items are Sold As Is. 

No Exchange or Return for BDs/DVDs & Game CDs. Items are Sold As is.

Item pictures can be requested regarding product condition before placing orders since returns will not be accepted once dispatched.

FLEX PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS 

Flexi Pay Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee when a Flexi Pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment plus an additional 10% Restocking fee of the value of the product.
